EF was looking for a partner that could handle both print-on-demand and traditional product sourcing — with tailored flows for each market.

We built a flexible setup where everything from delivery to invoicing is customized depending on region. In the US, we operate through our own local entity, offering domestic production and invoicing. In the EU, we handle VAT, cross-border logistics, and regional compliance. By the end of 2025, we’ll be expanding the setup to cover the rest of the world.

Convini delivers food, coffee, and comfort to workplaces — and needed a smarter way to manage uniforms, seasonal gear across offices and production sites in Sweden and Germany.

We built a custom online store that combines warehousing with print-on-demand, giving local managers an easy way to order what they need, when and where they need it. The solution secures that everything stays on-brand, on point, and ready to represent — in any weather, and every customer meeting.

With worldwide shipping and localized handling, Candela can connect with every customer — wherever they are. We also integrated a discount system for staff purchases to keep the brand close, inside and out.
